"Online seat booked but not allotted. Given alternate seat at behind, Its cheating. No light at seat. Staff rude. Smell's bad. Nonsense in name of facilities. Shree Rishabh Travels bus no UP17AT5329 departure time 11PM.26/03/2019 Delhi to Lucknow. Called their office to complaint but they did not pick phone. Friends there is no guarantee of paid and owned service. It's worse than UPSTC bus."

"The was is terrible.. I travelled to delhi lst nyt.. The driver was misbehaving when asked to start ac.. My bus timing was at 8 i reached at 7 and at 7:45 i Requested him to start ac he started screaming mene kaha tha kya itni jaldi aane ko nd started arguing for no reason.. And no amenity is provided. No water bottel. I travelled from gola bus service also 2-3 back.. It gives owsom service.. They provided water bottle and snacks to passangers ( wafers and frooti) but rishab bus drivers don't even know how to speak to customer and ameneties are just for writing.. I would never suggest this bus.."
